Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These terms govern orders and projects placed with Foxvenue for custom merchandise, Zorow CRM, and Boomorbit website services. By placing an order or confirming a project brief with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Orders (Merchandise)

Quotes shared over WhatsApp or email are estimates based on the details you provide. Final pricing may change if quantity, specifications, or artwork change after the initial quote. For bulk orders, a sample is produced for your approval before full production begins; production only starts once you approve the sample and confirm the order.

3. Payment

Payment terms (including any advance payment) are confirmed with you at the time of order and may vary by order size and product. Full payment is typically required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Production & Delivery

Turnaround times shared with you (typically 7–12 days for merchandise) are estimates and may vary based on order size, customization complexity, and courier timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Because merchandise is produced to your specifications, orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where the product is defective or does not match the approved sample. Any such issue should be reported to us promptly with photos so we can resolve it.

6. Website & CRM Services (Boomorbit / Zorow CRM)

For website design, development, and CRM-related work, the scope of work, pages/features included, and timeline are agreed with you before work begins. Changes beyond the agreed scope may affect timeline and cost. Hosting, domain registration, and third-party subscription costs (if any) are separate from our service fee unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

Once a project or order is paid for in full, ownership of the final artwork, design files, or website deliverables transfers to you, except for any third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, libraries) that remain subject to their own licenses. We may showcase completed work in our own portfolio or gallery unless you ask us not to.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver accurate mockups, samples, and working software, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products or services purchased from us, beyond the value of the order or project itself.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
